Step 5: Download Your Data:

For NextGen Sequencing

After your libraries have been sequenced, the raw data is processed for base calls and quality. If requested, the tag data is mapped to a designated reference genome and processed according to your requests. All raw and processed data will be loaded onto our server and made available for download. You will be notified by email as soon as it is available along with directions on how to access it. Your data will be available for download for 60 days after notification. If requested we will load your data onto a hard drive provided by you and ship it to you. Although your data is archived we cannot guarantee retrieval after 60 days.

Step 6: Payment

Purchase Orders

Include Purchase order number when submitting order. You will be emailed an invoice after completion of work.

Credit Cards

For you convenience we now accept Visa and MasterCard payments: Please do not include credit card information on order. You will be emailed an invoice after completion of work with directions on how to submit credit card information.

Money Transfers

Money transfers are accepted on a case by case basis and require arrangement prior to order completion.
